About this house sitting position in CLAGIRABA

Renovated small country queenslander on quiet 15 acres with a county style pool that is just 10-12 minutes from town. The property backs onto secluded parkland with a small creek that surrounds the property.

There are stables however, I do not stable my horses they graze freely.

If you like bush walks, there are options from here and near by. The beach is under 1/2 hour away. The very quaint town of Canungra is 10 minutes away for coffee and browsing the shops.

We have two small dogs, 1 Joey, he is 9 years old; 1 fluffy puppy under 1 year (not even named yet) and six well manned lovely arabian horses. Dezzy, Cozie, River, Jett, Levi and Ezie.

There is a property caretaker who comes 2 x a week to mow and maintain the property so only minor caretaking jobs required.

We like things tidy so you wont arrive to a mess. We would prefer if you do have experience with horse care. Two of the horses are under 2 years old and although they are well handled knowledge of young horses will be notable.

Lastly, we like the people to be here more than not. I am retired so I am here most of the days and the animals are familiar with someone being around. As well, the little things that need tending to is too much for someone who works fulltime. Read more...
