About this house sitting position in Clare

We live on 11 acres in the township of Clare. We are a 2km walk to local shops, gym, supermarket, wineries, restaurants etc. There's a local cinema at Blyth which is 15km from Clare. Our property is on the Riesling Trail which is wonderful for walking and bike riding however if you prefer bush walking you can utilize the Clare Valley Wine and Wilderness Trail. There is a bike hire shop at the bottom of our driveway.

We have 2 minature schnauzer dogs that need some company and are very friendly. They will need to be put to bed and let out in the morning and have their coats put on/off if it is cold overnight. They would love a walk on leads on the Riesling Trail. You will need to pick up their doggy poo's off the lawn, daily. Their food and water is automatic and will need checking to ensure they have food and fresh water. They enjoy the occasional treat which would be supplied. We also have a cat (that you probably won't see as she will hide with visitors) Her food and water is automatic too so would just need topping up on a weekly basis. There's 8 chickens that have automatic feeders and water. This will need to be checked and topped up weekly. Daily collection of eggs for you to enjoy.

Lawns are watered automatically. If the person staying is able it would be appreciated if the lawns were mowed when needed but if you are not able we can get someone in to mow the lawns.

Bring your caravan/motorhome and hook up to power and water. You may enjoy the back yard with out-door kitchen and use the pool as you desire.
