The house is two-levels, with a small backyard located in a prestige neighbourhood less than 10km from the Brisbane CBD. The neighbours are quiet and very friendly but respect each other's privacy. There are bus stops and a train station within a short walking distance. The house is fully air-conditioned and has premium fixtures and fittings. Chermside shopping centre is only 15mins by car and direct buses are with 300m walk. It is the biggest shopping centre in Queensland. Smaller functional shopping centres are only 5 mins drive, for day to day supplies. There is a Harris Farm within walking distance (3.5km) round trip.

There are two Samoyed dogs to be cared for. One 6 yrs old male (entire) and a 1 yr old female (neutered). They require at least a 1km early morning walk and either an additional afternoon walk or visit to a local dog park. They get very excited about life and can be boisterous when greeting people or other dogs. Their temperament is friendly and placid, with them lying about quietly during the day. They are not able to be left alone for long periods of time day after day as they are used to us being home. The breed is very family orientated wanting to be with its pack. As a long coated breed they require brushing, however for such a short sit this will not be absolutely necessary.

There is very little garden and for this stay no garden maintenance will be required. Read more...
