Meet Chewy 🐾
This time around, our housesit includes our adorable 3-year-old, male long-haired Dachshund, Chewy. He is a rescue dog with a foster care history, which means he can be a bit anxious and nervous around new people initially.
When you first arrive, he will likely bark (loudly!) but he will soon settle down. He does not bite - he simply needs someone patient who will let him set the pace. Once he gets to know you, he transforms into a very cuddly and sweet shadow, who loves affection.

The Handover & Duties
Your housesitting duties will be a breeze:

- Pet Care: Give Chewy lots of love, patience, and routine once he warms up to you.
- Household Management: Manage mail, put out the bins, and give the lawn a quick trim.
- Spa Care: Monitor spa water quality (or we can empty the spa before we leave - just let us know your preference).
- Handover: For this longer trip, a family member will be looking after the house for the first part of our holiday, and you will take over the housesit directly from her.
