We are seeking a reliable person or couple to help care for our home and animals while we are overseas and one of our current lodger couples is away visiting family.

This short-term house-sitting arrangement could also suit someone looking for a permanent place to live, as one of our existing lodger couples is returning to their home country, creating a long-term room rental opportunity.

About the Property
Our home is a modern (built in 2012) four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a double garage, set on a large block with extensive gardens and a productive vegetable plot.

The property is located in a quiet street in Cloverdale with off-street parking. We know our neighbours well, and they are friendly and happy to help if needed.

Great Location
The house is within walking distance of Belmont Forum Shopping Centre, Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre (including swimming pools and gym facilities), local parks and recreational areas. A bus stop just five minutes' walk away provides a direct service to Perth CBD.

House Sitting
During the house-sitting period, you would be caring for the house, garden and our animals while we are away. We are looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and enjoys living with pets.

Long-Term Lodging
If you are interested in staying beyond the house-sitting period, there is an opportunity to become a permanent lodger. This would suit an individual or couple seeking comfortable accommodation in a friendly, relaxed household.
