About this house sitting position in Coburg

I am looking for a solo older female, non-smoker to look after my home, garden and 6 year old cat while I’m away. I live in a two story townhouse with 2 bedrooms that are downstairs and kitchen/ living upstairs. I’m the front townhouse so have a small garden facing east and a north facing balcony upstairs.

My cat is called Magpie and is an indoor cat but does like to go out for walks on his leash. The balcony has been enclosed with cat netting so he can sit out there, without escaping. He sleeps most of the day but does get active in the evenings, especially if he wants more food.
I’m close to two tram lines - 2 and 5 minute walks and 10 minutes to the train station. I’m close to the locals shops and Highpoint and Northland shopping centres are a 20 minute drive.
