About this house sitting position in Coburg

Hello minders,
We have a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. This sitting includes secure basement parking. Also has a bath tub, a shower, balcony, dishwasher, and a laundry.
We're away over Christmas and the new year. Leaving 23rd Dec and back on the 3rd January.
We have 3 pets, and we would be very grateful if you could mind them while we're away.
Two small poodle cross dogs, one 11yr old and one 2 yr old. A walk a day and food in the morning and night. There's a 14 year old cat too who loves a pat, gets fed at night, and willingly takes her blood pressure tablet.
We're located right beside the Coburg lake, there's shops and cinema walking distance, train and trams also walking distance. Right on Sydney road for pubs, restaurants, markets and if needed medical centres.
