First-floor, 1 bedroom apartment in leafy Coburg.
The apartment has off-street parking, and is located right between Nicholson St and beautiful Merri Creek (wildlife, birds, and bike path to the city).

Located 500m from shops and cafes, 200m from trams or a bike path into the city, and 7km from Melbourne CBD.

There is wifi, a TV with chromecast and DVD player, reverse cycle heating and cooling, north facing windows and balcony, and a work station with mouse, keyboard, and external monitor.


This is a non-smoking house, and it is also worth noting that the apartment is up 1 flight of stairs.

Squeak is a cuddly 15 year old cat who loves to sit in the sun, or on people's laps on a fluffy blanket. She is a very low maintenance cat who just needs to be fed twice a day, have her water topped up when required, and her kitty litter emptied if she uses it.

Please note: currently still waiting on a couch, so there is a camping mattress instead. *HOPEFULLY* the couch will arrive by mid-December
