Hello:-) I have a modern, bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a security building in the thriving suburb of Coburg, Melbourne. The apartment is walking distance to the bustling Sydney Road and the number 19 tram, which takes you through Brunswick into the CBD. The train to the CBD is also 10 mins walk. The apartment features modern appliances, wifi, sunny balcony and a communal rooftop terrace with BBQ's. The apartment is built on the historically rich heritage site of the Pentridge Prison and it is 5 mins walk to the brand new Pentridge arts and shopping precinct, which features several cafes, bakery, brewery, supermarket, Palace Cinema, restaurants, gelato bar, hairdresser, massage clinic and speciality gift stores. There is a farmers market every Saturday morning across the road from the apartment and the apartment is also walking distance to the beautiful Coburg Lake, the Coburg out door swimming pool and the Coburg Leisure Centre. I am looking for a mature and trustworthy person to care for my apartment, my plants and my cat, Stevie, while I am on holidays. Stevie is a sweet little girl. She is 4 years old. She loves sleeping and snuggles, playing on the balcony, wrestling with your slippers and curling up next to you while you sleep. I am hoping to find someone that can give Stevie lots of company and love while I'm gone.
To help everything run smoothly, I am only able to consider house sitters who can come by to collect the spare keys from the apartment within a few days before the house sit. Read more...
