Beautiful home in Coburg with everything you need including ducted air con and heating. Close to parks, cafes, Pentridge precinct and supermarkets. Multiple public transport options all close, as well as car parking (10-15 min walk to Coburg train station, or the 19 tram).
3 bedroom, one bathroom and heaps of amenities. Carpark is off-street in front of the house.
Friendly 11-year old indoor cat named Coco. Coco is very wary of unfamiliar men so ad is for females only and no children.
