We have a substantial and modern energy efficient home on a small acreage just south of Coffs Harbour in a very desirable, pretty valley, 10 mins from Coffs and Sawtell. A very serene and pretty location, privacy reassured. We have 1 British blue cat, Henry who is inside at night and most of the day and a young Labrador, Banjo who sleeps in his kennel at night but inside much of the day and night, both part of the family and somewhat spoilt but well trained. We have a well-established garden that would require some watering depending on the weather, some pots to water more regularly. No mowing required. Otherwise everything is in top condition. If interested please advise. We are looking for a couple to fit our requirements (house proud and non-smoking, with an affinity for pets, a liking for garden and nature etc).
Everything is within 10 minutes including airport, shops, numerous beaches. Can send pics of our little piece of paradise if you are interested and on our wavelength. References and experience are an asset.
