About this house sitting position in Coffs Harbour

We have an easy to maintain house and garden in Coffs Harbour ., Maintain a presence in our house .. keep a check on our pool.. water pot plants - not many and water the vegetable garden .. pick up fallen palm fronds and dispose in green bin., mow the lawns once or twice. Generally keep a check on things .. we have very busy adult children living in the area who are also available for contact if problems arise ., photos need updating .. solar panels for low cost cooling in hot times ., very pleasant house to live in and enjoy but not high maintenance/ we regularly have grandchildren here .. photos are old but need to put up
the request urgently.,
