Two bedroom apartment on ground floor of 8 unit building. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Apartment borders onto grassland and tennis court, only a five minute walk to Coffs creek and off leash dog friendly beach.
Gym, restaurants, supermarket, Jetty theatre 5 minutes walk away plus doctors' surgery minutes walk away.
Bonnie is a very well behaved border collie and requires two walks to the beach/parklands daily.
She does not have any special medial requirements.
