Where we live:
Would you enjoy a stay in picturesque seaside Korora near Coffs Harbour ?
A perfect spot to base yourself for beautiful day trips to the hinterland, Ballina, Yamba, Port Macquarie, Dorrigo, Bellingen and more.

Staying in a three bedroom , 1 bathroom home surrounded by a leafy tropical garden. With a spacious outdoor living area, perfect to relax in and listen to the waves and the birds.

Korora is just 8 minutes north of Coffs Harbour city centre, we are a five minute drive to Park Beach Plaza, an 8 minute walk to the beach, and a few minutes from the Big Banana.

We would prefer a retired couple and are Happy to hear from experienced local house sitters too.

We have fast nbn, Netflix, catch up tv, air con and great neighbours in our quiet neighbourhood.

THE IMPORTANT PART….COCO
We need a caring and responsible House Sitter for
our beautiful cat Coco. She is a sweet quiet tuxedo kitty who is the Queen of the house, we are simply her humble servants!

Coco is very shy and nervous of people she doesn't know. She usually hangs out in our bedroom but will come out as she gets used to people. You will notice the food and water disappear but might never see her, as she hides in the wardrobe!

She is strictly indoor only and has a large cat enclosure to explore

We also have numerous critters and wildlife, such as tame possums, bandicoots, Water Dragons, many land mullets, blue tongues , magpies, Currawongs, Galahs, king parrots, and more.

We very much want a sitter who loves animals, is going to treat Coco well and care for her as we do, feeding her as we do and maintaining her routine as much as possible.

And we would really like someone who respects our home and cares for it as if it’s their own.
We’re not clean freaks by any means, we don’t expect sparkle and shine, just a tidy house to return to.

Aside from feeding Coco and maintaining her kitty litter
There is No gardening or mowing is needed , just getting mail in and putting bins in and out and occasionally watering pot plants.

Your room has a very comfy queen bed, wardrobe, tv and lovely views over the garden greenery, with the sound of the ocean in the distance.
