Come to beautiful Coffs Harbour for a winter break to look after five-years-old Miss Autumn in my tidy three-bedroom brick home with lovely, low maintenance garden and bush outlook. No stairs. Autumn goes outside on a leash for supervised walks so as to protect the birdlife because she is a hunter. Some watering of plants required. Quiet street and neighbours. Seven-minute drive to Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore/beach. Three-minute drive to Coffs CBD/ supermarkets/cafes /clubs/pubs or a 20-minute walk. Walking distance to golf club. Easy drives to the charming beach villages of Sawtell and Urunga to the south, Emerald Beach and Woolgoolga to the north. Four national parks nearby for bushwalking, creeks for kayaking. An outdoor-lovers' paradise! Spot the humpbacks travelling north. Non-smokers only. References on this site a must, thank you.
