About this house sitting position in Colac

We have a renovated 4 bedroom period home in central Colac. We live with two Burmese cats (mother and daughter) and some fish. We have fruit trees, vegetable gardens, a glasshouse, an orchid house and quite a few things in pots dotted around the property. We would need moderate house work done (ie just clean up after you), the cats being loved and fed, their kitty litter changed every 3 days and the plants being watered as needed. The fish are fed daily. Most of the garden is under semi-automatic irrigation but the pot plants aren't. We would prefer a non-smoking cat lover who could mow the lawn once or twice if needed. If you don't mow, we can have a man come and mow for us. We would also insist on no children or parties while at our home. We are close to the Otways , 45 minutes from Lorne and 50 minutes from Geelong. You would have a 5 minute walk to the shops.
