About this house sitting position in Collie

1 bed 1 bath home in Collie. We will require someone with their own van or sleeping unit, which will be secured behind our locked gates with easy access to our home from the back verandah, from 26th Feb until 12th March 2025 approximately, to look after our home, gardens & our lovely, little, kelpie, rocket Shera for the time we are away in NSW attending our Grandson's wedding. No lawns to mow as we have an all native waterwise front garden & fruit & veg in the back. Shera goes for an hour+ walk in the am, then has 1/2 hour afternoon/evening ball time at the park. We would prefer to do a meet & greet before hand if possible, but not a requirement. We are an older retired couple, but still active & would prefer sitters to be similar please.

We were most fortunate to have Kate & Shane look after our home, gardens & Princess Shera while we were attending our Grandson's wedding for ten days. We found them to be very friendly, easy going and great communicators re instructions on the care of our property. They took great care of everything, even to the point of keeping Shera satisfied with her Mr Whippy intake, when he paid a couple of visits. All of our gardens, inside & out were flourishing & looking very healthy even in the midst of a drought, they coped with using the rain & grey water tanks for us, we're very pleased & satisfied with the way they kept our home clean & tidy for us to come home to. We highly recommend them for any future sits & wish them safe & happy travels & would have them back in a heartbeat to do a sit for us again. Carole, Les & Shera
