About this house sitting position in Congewai

We live on 5 acres, 11km into a beautiful valley. The road is tar for 7km and then a dirt road that is fine for any car.

Paxton is our closest village with a general store, pub and bowling club - about 10 mins drive.

Cessnock is the closest town 25-30 mins away, wineries, zoo and historic Wollombi are good to visit.

You would be staying in our air BnB accommodation that can be viewed on air BnB as Outta Range rural cabin Congewai

We have a vege garden, 5 chooks and 2 horses.

Watering gardens, feeding animals and generally keeping an eye on the property are our requirements.

We prefer that no-one else stays at the property with you without discussing this with us.

We are on the great North Walk that goes between Sydney and Newcastle.

Occasionally the road will flood, BOM will give warning if you enter our address. The property is elevated, it’s more an inconvenience. Our contact person in the Valley will be able to advise you.

There is no laundry in the air BnB and there is no access to the main house.

We are on tank water and ask you to be mindful.
