About this house sitting position in Conjola Park

We are seeking a quiet, nonsmoking houseproud person or couple who love the outdoors and are passionate gardeners. No pet sitting.
We live in a great community at Conjola Park on the beautiful south coast of NSW. We have friendly caring neighbour's. We are a short walk to the shores of Lake Conjola. It is a 7-minute drive to Lake Conjola Entrance and surf beach. It is a 7-minute drive to Milton that has great cafes, shops, supermarket and Hospital. The house is a great base to explore the lake for kayaking and fishing. There is Morton National Park for bushwalking. There are great coastal walks and some awesome surf breaks to surf.
We have a 2-storey house on a flat block. The guest bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and the main living area, kitchen and bathroom are upstairs. So, you will need to be able to go up and down the stairs. We have a large balcony with views of the lake. It is a great place to have BBQ, sit back and relax. We have an outdoor fishpond downstairs, and it is relaxing listening to the waterfall. We are house proud and maintain a clean and tidy home. We are passionate gardeners and have lots of plants indoor and outdoor. We have a vegie garden where you can eat the seasonal produce, a worm farm and native bee hive.
You will need your own car. There is no public transport. We do not have space for a caravan.
Your Requirements:
You are required to keep the house neat and tidy. To regularly water the plants indoor and outdoor and vegie garden. To weed the gardens. Mowing the lawn is negotiable. Sweep the balcony and paths around the house. The fishpond requires simple algae treatment once a week and feeding of the fish.
