About this house sitting position in Conjola park

We live in conjola park, walking distance from the lake's west end, 5 mins drive to conjola beach / green Island and 5 mins into historic Milton town with lots of cafes restaurants, iga, pubs. The bigger shops (coles, woolworth etc) are 15 mins away in ulladula. Dozens of incredible beaches around from bendalong to burril all max 20 mins away with conjola 5 mins, narrawallee and mollymook 10-15 mins away. Lots of great bush walks around too including mount bushwalker up the escarpment etc.
The house is brand new and very comfortable. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which you can use. One is a guest room with comfy queen bed and a view to the farm at the back of ours (with sheeps, horses, etc). That guestrrom has an empty wardorbe so you can unpack comfortably. the other bedroom is our master with a king bed (but the wardrobe won't be empty). There are 2 bathrooms (1 includes a bath) and 2 toilets.
Air con and heating in living area and a fireplace with firewood ready to go. Back deck gives onto farmland m, small webber BBQ. The kitchen is modern and has anything you might need.
The only animal you'll be looking after is our 2yo cat Monty. He might ignore you, be annoyed that you're not us or fall in love with you, hard to tell! In any case he only required am and pm feed, fresh water and a clean litter. He is indoor stricly. Read more...
