About this house sitting position in Conondale

Hello! This home sits above the Mary River on the Sunshine Coast. The property is 2.5 acres and surrounded by abundant wildlife, mountains and greenery. It is within a small, rural township and walking distance to a general store but otherwise 20km from the closest towns of Maleny or Kenilworth.

Due to some unexpected changes in work I find myself between Gympie and Brisbane and have little time to get to Conondale. I am hoping to find someone who would love to settle into riverside life and wouldn't mind the occasional company of 3 small dogs (they will sometimes be with me in Brisbane), feeding the fish and care for an aquaponics garden, keeping the grass around the house down and just some general house cares. At times I may pass through to collect dogs/items but ofcourse always with prior communication and respect for your space. A secondary dwelling (empty and removed from actual house) on the property is also being prepared for council approval and at times there may be general building work attended to it. I have posted this as 2 month listing but there is oppurtunity for that to be extended.
