3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home in a lovely quiet part of Coochiemudlo Island across from wetlands and approx 150m to 2 beautiful beaches. 15 min walk to ferry.
8min ferry trip to Victoria Point.
Carport and use of car on island.
Front and Back decks
Use of 2-person kayak and SUP
Use of pushbikes
Use of home Sauna.
Island has a café, beach bar and bistro/restaurant.
Would need to care for 2 Cats, Maow and Smudge, 14 yo, female siblings, desexed & microchipped and 4 chooks (Rita, Isla, Donna and Layla) who should (if they are laying) give you lovely fresh eggs.

“It was a real pleasure to sit for Helen and David. The island living is bliss. Helen and David were very welcoming as is their home. Communication was clear and concise with a great info sheet supplied. Smudge and Meow were a delight, lots of cuddles from Smudge, Meow chose her times...
4 very well fed chooks to tend to who were lovely enough to leave us fressh eggs daily....yum yum.
Would highly recommend sitting for Helen and David and would gladdly return whenever they need sitters.
