Renovated light filled large family home in Cook, Belconnen ACT, with outdoor deck, and double glazed windows. Carport with fast charger for EV. The house sits in a quiet street, with friendly neighbours.
Location is ideal! Short stroll to popular local cafe, pizza bar, IGA and public transport - 15mins by car to the Acton, National Gallery precinct and Lake Burley Griffin; 4mins to Jamison shopping centre (Coles and Aldi) with Belconnen Markets and Mall only 8mins . Bushwalks, nature reserves, bike paths and Mt Painter close by. The house has evaporative cooling throughout, outdoor blinds and passive cooling design and is comfortable in summer temps.

We have fruit trees and vegetables in our garden and will ask you to water if it is dry. At this time of year, you can help yourself to fresh berries and cherries. We ask that you care for our 7 chooks each day in return they will lay you eggs. We also have a low maintenance fish tank.
