About this house sitting position in Coolbellup

We're headed back to NZ from 23 Jan to 7 Feb and hope to find someone who is able to house sit and look after our dog and 2 cats.

There's potential we might have to fly back early and the date may change from the 7th to the 4th but this hasn't been confirmed yet and we're trying to sort it out ASAP.

We're located in Coolbellup, close to a supermarket, bus route, 10min car drive to South Beach.

We have a large garden but it runs on retic and we aren't expecting any gardening to be done.

We would prefer someone who is a non smoker and able stay at the house every night.

Our animals are low maintenance. Our dog would love to be walked, there is a dog park 5min walk away. But he's also OK to stay home, most of the time he's so quiet you don't realise he's there. He is good with other dogs and people. The cats look after themselves and just need their biscuits topped up.

Unfortunately we've had a few people commit and it fall through, so we're looking for someone who is serious about staying.

We would like to meet up beforehand to show you the place and animals.
