About this house sitting position in Cooma

Comfortable home in near NSW ski fields with carport and close to Cooma Nth ridge. The home house ducted gas heating and a fireplace for that cosy evening. Only 5 mins drive to shops, library, clubs and restaurants.
Require live-in sitting for small aged male dog (schnoddle) and the odd watering of in- /out door pot plants. His hearing and sight senses have almost gone and only requires a stroll these days, otherwise healthy. Sleeps on my bed during the night. Usually able to use doggie door to get out, but will go to front door to be let in.
Sit is in a quiet neighbourhood and Cooma has lots of great coffee shops for that treat.
