About this house sitting position in Coomera

We are looking for non-smoking, house-proud sitter/s for our beautiful and large 4 bed, 3 bath home in a lovely, quiet family estate.

We prefer an individual or couple only please with no children.

Features - home and surrounds:
Our home has wifi, a double home office with large monitors, air con, heating, and Apple TV with netflix, prime etc. We enjoy three sitting rooms, a very large kitchen and dining area (with gas range), coffee machine, dishwasher and a washer and tumble dryer. We also have a home gym suitable for most functional fitness and some crossfit workouts (free weights, squat rack, barbells etc). We also have many great board games, puzzle games and jigsaws if you are so inclined.

You will use our guest bedroom which has a new queen Koala bed (purchased Nov 2022).

Outside we have a spacious suburban garden with large table and chairs, vegetable garden and lawn.

Enjoy access to BBQs, outdoor (estate) pool and (estate) gym within a 5 minute walk. We are a 10 minute drive from Coomera Westfield and its amenities.

We ask that our house sitters enjoy our home and care for it as if it were your prized possession (it is ours!).

Inside jobs:
Keep things clean
Cuddle, feed and provide water for our two indoor cats Walter and Winnie
Clean the litter trays daily and sweep & sanitise area around litter trays daily
Dispose of soiled litter in outside bin
Brush our older cat's fur (Wally is 19 and requires a little more help day-to-day to prevent painful mats)
Bring in mail
Keep the house looking lived in
Take bins out (Thursdays)

Outdoor jobs:
Mow and whipper snip the back and front lawns at least every two weeks (depending on length of sit and the season this may not be required)
