About this house sitting position in Cooranbong

Nestled at the foothills of the Watagan NP our 5 bedroom home with separate flat and games room sits on 2.5 acres. Cooranbong is a quiet spot in the Lake Macquarie LGA.
We have easy access to local beaches, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter Wine region.
Our Kelpie Harry enjoys her daily walks. The 2 cats, Dunluce and Eccles need feeding and our very friendly chooks, Tuena, Ruffles and Ginny will swap fresh eggs for food, just call chook,chook and they come running. The vege patch and some of the garden will need watering. Plenty of citrus fruit for picking at the moment.
An easy 30 minute walk to Cooranbong shops. 10 minute drive to Morisset for Coles, Woolworths and more. There is a train station at Morisset servicing Sydney to Newcastle line.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs - Bed 1 - 1 queen bed, bed 2 - 1 king single bed and bed 3 - 2 sets of bunk beds. Downstairs has a queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Plus games room.
Plenty to see and do or just relax around the pool. Easy access off the M1.

“Our 9 day assignment was a real delight. Narelle and Brian are a wonderful couple who made us feel very welcome from the start. Their 2 dogs and 2 cats were easy to look after and the veggie patch watering was not onerous. They have a delightful property with great views over the countryside and the house is very comfortable. As the property is quite isolated communication is difficult with no mobile coverage and sometimes weak internet but even so Narelle and Brian were good communicators. We have no hesitation in recommending a similar assignment to others.”

“Lovely friendly couple. Clean, comfortable house with everything you need. Beautiful rural views with plenty of opportunities for walks, birdwatching, platypus spotting in the creek etc. Dogs and cats were easy to look after. The farm is pretty isolated, so bring everything you need. You can't just duck around the corner to the shops. ”

Allan was the consummate house sitter. We felt comfortable leaving our home and animals in his care. He introduced himself to the dogs and they were happy to go on walks. He is an honest genuine person. We would be more than happy if Allan wants to house sit for us again. The house was clean and tidy when we returned, he had even put the sheets and towels in the washing machine. How nice that after looking after everything free of charge he left us his home made pickles, jams and some venison. This was the first time we have used this service and will definitely be using it again and have already told friends. Thank you again Allan for looking after everything so well which afforded us the opportunity to get off farm.
