The unit is on the ground floor & has two bedrooms & is fully furnished. It is part of a 6-unit quiet, friendly and secure complex & has a courtyard for your private use. You will need to water the pot plants in the courtyard & on the front balcony. There is onsite & street parking. The unit is centrally located, around 4km from the city, & is a 5 minute walk to trains, buses, shops, supermarkets, cafes, pub, a vet and a cinema.

The cat, Keating, is a 15-year-old, very friendly & talkative desexed Burmese boy. He loves nothing more than to curl up in his bed on the enclosed front balcony, or better still, on your lap or in the bed with you. He has very easy to administer dietary requirements. He requires some medications, which are just sprinkled & mixed into his food with water. He has some kidney issues, so he has to be monitored daily to ensure that he’s eating, drinking & toileting. He is fully vaccinated.
