About this house sitting position in Copacabana

Hello,
I am looking for a pet and house sitter for a few times this year with July-August dates listed being the most important to find the best pet sitter for my four legged guy Jakey. The offering for accomodation and utilities is in return for full time pet sitting of my Bull Terrier Cross, this isn't a paid offering.

Jake requires a fit and healthy retired person or someone that works full time from home, or van lifer working remotely.
Jakey isn't the dog that can be left alone while you go to work or for longer than a few hours a few times a week.

Jakey is a beautiful very human friendly 5 year boy dog, sweet and loving.

He is easy to be around and simply needs a good walk each day with maybe stroll up and down the gentle hill in the evening before or after dinner.

Jakey eats well a mix of raw and cooked food and is fed twice a day.
Jakey really needs to have company in the home or to go on adventures with you, he loves the car and vans even more.
Importantly Jakey is not an off lead dog.
Jake is always on lead outside the home and on walks. He has good leash command.
Jakey isn't a dog you can take to the beach let off lead and throw a ball to exercise.

We live at a humble, clean and tidy unit across from the ocean at Copacabana. It's nothing flash In that it's not a mansion but we have a small backyard and an amazing view and the vibe of the home is relaxing.

Jake is my life, as is my home so I am seeking a single person or couple that don't party, are mature in mind and action to take a beat from their travels or life and spend some time with my boy at the ocean.

I will happily share images of the home when I am clear if you are a match to our needs. Due to the location it is easy to figure out where I live if I post images of the view.

About us: I am a mature middle aged woman, I keep a very tidy clean home. I am a chef so it's a working kitchen designed in the 60's likely :)
Jakey is very good at self soothing, loves looking out to the ocean and down on street to watch the world go buy.

We lead a quiet life, so would suit someone that is same to come stay in our home and with Jakey.

There is a queen bed available, ideally bring your own linen and of course supply your own food. There is a second fridge in the kitchen for you to use and I will likely make up some food for the freezer for you also. thank you so much for your time, I need to lock this in ASAP.

I also have dates in May and October
May 13-19, October 10-20 and July 22-August 8 being the ones I am really needing to lock in as I will be overseas.

Jakey came to be 3 1/2 years ago as part of a rescue story of about 10 dogs on the Central Coast. There are YouTube about it and also our first meeting was on Better homes and Gardens TV show. It is a sweet and fated story. He has done so well in the last 3 plus years to find his place and be the best version of himself he can be - it is a work in progress, his recall isn't strong and as he spent a long time in shelter in his first 18months so I do everything I can to advocate for him.
