Hi my name is Michele. Not sure where u r or where heading as lots don't tell u and it is hard to work out if interested in this area, which is Cowra - not really central west but more South Central Slopes.
Our main concern is our 9 yr old rescued Blue Heeler named Arlo. We hve had him for nearly 6 yrs and he is a very smart, fun and happy. His one thing that he does not like are other species of the same - dogs! But hving said that he good on lead, not much hassle. And he loves his walks! His obsession are BALLS...he loves running on our large rear yard and cld prob drive u nuts...so we just leave him and walk away!
Our home was bult in 1940 double brick and has 3 bed, sunroom. Air con in main bedroom, and air con lounge. All rooms hve overhead fans. Our home is not a romantic hideaway by the beach, or deep in a rural area but only 5 min drive (10 to walk) to town. Handy to all our little town has to offer.
Canberra, 2 hours, Orange, 1 hour and Young 45 mins. Plenty of countryside to walk/run etc. Whyangulla Dam about half hour drive for fishing, swimming and boating. Unfortunately we cld not fit our van in carport just a tad too low so we parked it on street where it has safely lived for over 12 mths. We r in process of selling and if u not adverse to street parking it is quite good. Having said that u cld put motorhome off street as it wld ptob fit.
