About this house sitting position in Cragieburn

We are looking for a reliable and caring house sitter to stay in our home and look after our friendly dog, Rocky, while we are away.

Our home is a spacious two-storey property on approximately 650 m². Only the ground floor will be available to the house sitter, which includes:

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
A large front yard and backyard
A covered patio with a comfortable sitting area
Plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and having a BBQ

The home is conveniently located close to:

Craigieburn Plaza – approximately 1.4 km
Craigieburn Central – approximately 2.5 km
Craigieburn Train Station – approximately 1.6 km
Golf course – approximately 1 km
Walking and cycling tracks, playgrounds and parks – less than 100 metres away

House-sitting responsibilities:

Take good care of Rocky and feed him according to the instructions provided
Spend plenty of quality time with Rocky, including playing, relaxing together and giving him lots of cuddles and snuggles
Play with Rocky for at least 15–20 minutes each day—more playtime and companionship would be greatly appreciated
Clean up after Rocky in the backyard
Water the plants at least twice a week
Keep the house clean and tidy during the stay

Important information about Rocky:

Rocky becomes very excited and can be difficult to control when he sees other dogs while out walking. Therefore, we do not recommend taking him for walks. He has plenty of space to play safely in our large backyard, and we would prefer the house sitter to play and spend time with him at home.

Rocky enjoys company and affection, so we would love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs and will make him feel comfortable and loved while we are away.
