About this house sitting position in Crescent Head

Comfortable 3 bedroom home located on two acres, surrounded by bushland. Plenty of room for a caravan and only 5 minutes to beaches and town.

Crescent Head is a laid back Aussie beach village, well known for its amazing surf breaks and beautiful long beaches. We are just 5 minutes drive to the town where you will find just about everything you need including pub, cafes, bowling club, IGA, golf and an awesome putt putt course, playgrounds and beach. For the bigger shopping centres Kempsey is a 20 minute drive away.
Our beaches are unspoilt and there are many walking trails and places to get off the beaten track. It really is a paradise here.

About our Animals:

Cats - We have 2 burmese cats, they are both strictly indoor however do enjoy outdoor time in their catio. They pretty much take care of themselves but love pats and cuddles and will want to sleep with you on the bed. They get fed twice a day.

Bird - Buddy the flightless rescue lorikeet. He gets fresh fruit, vege’s and his nectar mix daily. He gets covered up for bedtime at around 7:30 - 8pm till morning. He loves attention, so does need a bit of human interaction throughout the day (he loves dancing, singing, screeching & talking lol). When you’re not around he has a radio that I leave on for him during the day.

Ponies - we were hoping to have our 2 ponies at the house by September but this is not likely due to a toxic weed issue we are currently in the process of tackling so, we would need someone willing to check/feed the ponies once a day. They are located only a short distance from the house, are super friendly and easy to handle.

Please note, our property is not suited to young children as we do have a dam onsite that is not fenced.
