About this house sitting position in Crib Point

Recently renovated home with bullnose verandahs and west facing deck. A home with character and eclectic style. Double doors open from the master bedroom and lounge onto the deck and local birds feed outside the bedroom in the morning.

Our cat Ishka is a very affectionate Tonkinese who loves company and our fish need feeding and now lots of plants watering, so we need a keen gardner and cat lover who will look after and enjoy the both our garden and cat. And enjoy the veggies we are growing.

There is only the master bedroom with king size bed so suit a couple, though the house is spacious there is only one other room which could sleep another person but you would need your own bed.

We have a gorgeous outdoor bathroom with shower and bath and infra-red sauna to add to the fun of staying here and looking after our treasures.

There are beautiful big tress the deck faces onto, though they are on neighbouring property. It is very quiet and peaceful here. There is air conditioner in the master bedroom, fireplace in the lounge and an old air conditioner in the lounge which does heating only.

Crib Point is 12 mins drive from Somers Beach, Balnarring and Hastings. A popular boat launching spot for fishermen and beautiful sunrise views from Stony Point, also the Phillip Island and French Island Ferry port.

I love the village vibe of Balnarring and there's a newly renovated IGA, Nourish for organic food, Tulum Store at Balanarring Beach for the best chef cooked takeaway meals. Great pizza at Fontana's.

Crib Point beach has walking tracks but mud flats so only suited for swimming when the tide is high. Somers Beach is beautiful for beach swimming and Somers General Store, cafe and produce, flowers, ice cream and gift lines with a view over to Phillip Island. Just 25mins of beautiful country drive over the hill to the bay side of the Peninsula, though it's busy over the Christmas period.

Hastings is 10 mins drive to the North and has Aldi, Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, Library Kmart and Reject Store and all the general needs. This area is picturesque rural and coastline, lovely wineries and breweries and beautiful beaches, a lot to explore here. Read more...
