About this house sitting position in CROYDON
We have a large 2-storey home with a big garden. Most of the garden is on automatic sprinkler systems, but no watering will be required during winter. Downstairs is open planned, where we have a fully equiped kitchen, a meals area, a family room, a rumpus room (with billiard table), a lounge /dining area, laundry, powder room (toilet & sink) and study. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a study, a bathroom with spa, a toilet. The main bedroom has an ensuite.
There is a big garden with a patio area. No mowing or gardening is expected.
The house is located in a quiet court. There are buses about 400m away. The supermarket is 1km away and Eastland (many shops) in Ringwood is 3km. There is a walking trail (Mullum Trail) only 200m from the house.
Allison has some allergy concerns and we would need a non-smoker and someone who does not use perfume.
