About this house sitting position in Cunjurong Point

House is single level, well equipped new build, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower, other shower only). Just a short walk to beach, lake, bush and some great surf breaks. Ample bush walks and surf breaks nearby to explore and enjoy.

Slow combustion fire to enjoy some indoor time on cooler days. Reverse cycle heating/cooling in main bedroom and home office. Smart TV, Internet, BBQ, outdoor fire pit and all the comforts of home to enjoy.

Very quiet location with very small friendly local community only 25 minutes drive from Milton/Ulladulla.

Fully fenced small block with 2 dogs (Australian Shepherds - 8 yr old girl and 3 yr old boy). Both trained, well behaved and very settled at home but needing a sitter to feed and take them on walks, adventures and generally be their buddy.

Chickens (4) have contained coup and run but require a simple top up of water, feeding and cleaning roost every few days. Enjoy the fresh eggs on supply during your stay.

Native low maintenance garden, small grassed area and veggie patch - shouldn't need much maintenance and may even give some rewards.

Seperate garden studio/home office with desk, keyboard, dual screens, internet and reverse cycle heating/cooling. Bring own device for remote work needs.
