Large rural home with generous sized rooms set on 30 acres, with outbuildings, long drive and electric gate entry. Gas heaters in living /lounge areas and large open fire available in dining/lounge room. Large kitchen area . Cleaner service each week. Master bedroom and study will be unavailable.
Micro vineyard , many fruit trees , children's activity space. Views to Geelong across Corio Bay.
Easy access to nearby supermarket, pharmacy etc, with town services 3 kms away in Drysdale.
Care of cat and chooks as per guidelines provided to you, and check of livestock (cattle) wellbeing with support from neighbours available for any livestock concerns. No requirement to maintain gardens, lawns/landscaped areas but you are welcome to participate, ride on mower etc available. Enjoy the budburst in our micro vineyard!
