Three eccentric, fussy cats rule this spacious, tidy catified home. 2 Ragdolls & 1 Calico. The back garden has a large pergola & garden setting for for human enjotment only. The Cat run leads from the laundry cat door, providing access to the outdoor enclosure for indoor only fur babies. They have never been ourside properly.
The guest room has a Queen size bed for house mibder, its own bathroom plus powder room/WC for privacy. We would love a cat-oriented house minder who appreciates sensitive felines and cat language.
☆ Train. 200m walk to train station on Joondalup line. One stop to the large shopping centre at Joondalup City, cinema, restaurants. 30 mins to Perth CBD. For the adventurous, it's a 90 min direct train to Mandurah, a coastal region south of Perth.
☆ Shops. 5 min walk to closest Coles supermarket.
☆ Burns Beach and its cafe is 3 km walk or 5min drive.
☆ Close to Mitchell Freeway entrances.
