Relaxing Hobby Farm Escape in Beautiful Currumbin Valley

Come and enjoy a peaceful stay on our beautiful acre and a half property in the heart of Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast. Surrounded by nature yet only 10–15 minutes from Currumbin Beach, great cafés, local markets and walking trails, our home offers the perfect mix of country charm and coastal convenience.

We’re looking for a caring, reliable animal lover to look after our much-loved miniature long-haired dachshund puppy, Rosie, who enjoys company, (short) walks and plenty of cuddles, along with our small flock of friendly backyard chickens. The chickens simply need feeding, fresh water and eggs collected each day, while Rosie will need her daily meals, companionship and a little walk. Ideally we need someone who will be at home for most of the day as Rosie does fret when left for long periods.

Our home is comfortable, modern and well-equipped, with plenty of outdoor space to relax and unwind. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a quiet lifestyle, nature and caring for animals.

We’re looking for someone experienced who will treat our home, Rosie and our chickens with the same love and care they would their own.
