About this house sitting position in Dakabin

I’m Katie and my partner is Ciaran. We work as an Occupational Therapist and Childcare Coordinator.
We are parents to two young children, and our black Labrador Freddie who is 1 year old. Freddie has been diagnosed with meningitis (SRMA) and therefore is unable to stay at the kennels.
All of our family lives in New Zealand and we have booked to go back for a holiday over Christmas to spend time with family and for them to meet our new baby boy.
We would love to find someone that is able to stay at our house whilst we are away and look after Freddie.
The dates are Friday 20th December- Sunday 5th January.
Freddie is a happy and social dog with a loving nature.
He currently requires oral medication once a day, and a short 15 minute walk daily. He needs to be let outside to toilet a few times a day, but is fine in his crate for up to 8 hours.

We have a spare bedroom with a Queen bed for our sitters. The house has all the usual amenities- dishwasher, TV, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning throughout.

We are located in an estate with a small park to walk Freddie. There is a supermarket a few minutes drive away, North Lakes shopping precinct nearby, the beach at Redcliffe is a 20 minute drive and close to Bribie island or glasshouse mountains for day trips. There also also a train station at Dakabin with an express train into Brisbane City.
