About this house sitting position in DALE (Locality of Beverley)

An opportunity to house sit for a total of 7 months at a 4x3 big century old house on 50 acres along the main road. The farm is about one hour from Perth (Kalamunda) and close to the tourist town of York.
A choice of two slots to house-sit. One - from 24/1/2025-26/4/2025. Two - from 25/5/2025-27/9/2025. You can choose one or both slots.
There is a couple managing and living in another house on the same property to call for help.
Two guest rooms each with en suite to enjoy.
The 2 dogs have about an acre fenced around the house to exercise w/o walking them. About 20 free-range chickens with their coops at night.
The couple managing the other part of the farm will use his ride-on mower to keep most of the grass down around the house. However, someone handy with the whipper sniper would be useful for parts where the mower cannot cut
We grow organic veg and young trees which require watering in summer. Enjoy the fertilised eggs and organic spinach, snow and honey snap peas, kale and other lettuces in winter. Enjoy walks up the hill and have a peaceful view of the rolling hills and green pastures and have a camp fire. We absolutely love our retirement hobby farm. You will agree with us when you stay here.
