- Adorable Staff-Weiler (RottiXStaffi) Rescue Dog – house & obedience trained, cute human-loving boy who needs experienced caretakers + lots of walks.
- Leash only outside the house.
- Strong, large 30kg dog. Responds to firm authority. Training is ongoing.

- Prime Darlinghurst laneway spot! 2 min walk to Oxford & Crown St cafes, bars, shopping.
- Train station & buses super close; 10 min walk to Sydney CBD midtown.
- Street parking out front (visitor passes provided).
- Free unlimited Starlink + big-screen connected TV for streaming/browsing.
- Fully stocked kitchen (use any condiments!).
- Air-con/heating in all rooms.
- Private outdoor terrace off the main bedroom + lovely park across the street.

Requirements:
- Dog Walks: 2x 60min+ walks (1 morning & 1 evening), 1 short late night before bed.
- Ideally WFH or part-time office hours only (no full-time office workers).
- Couples or singles only (1 queen bed).
- Must be in Sydney for in-person meet-&-greet prior to start of stay.
- Available from 10am Monday 1 May (to avoid flight delays).

Feel free to have friends over. Be mindful dog is boisterous when he meets new people. (keep noise low & clean up, make sure dog doesn’t escape).
