4 bedroom by 2 bathroom open plan home with theatre room and outdoor spar overlooking the Estery. Very friendly 7 year old black Labrador that loves company and a short daily walk. Sleeps inside on her mat. A few pot plants to water when hot weather is around. A quiet street with a community neighbourhood feel.
