Ardy's home has been renovated with a nice guest room and fabulous kitchen dining family area and large outdoor verandah. There is a covered area for your car down a bitumen driveway and no other animals to look after. Verandah looks out onto trees. Has reverse cycle aircon but also wood heater for those romantic nights in. Wifi and internet. Smart TV. Sewing room available for use if so inclined. Two living areas. Quiet street no through road but just 1 1/2km walk into Dayboro through parkland. Vet just around the cnr if needed.
Ardy is a 5yo beautiful staffie/kelpie cross rescue who adores her humans and wants to be with them all the time! She is an inside dog but enjoys time patrolling her acreage grounds, super excited for a walk elsewhere. Will pull on the lead as she explores scents and does not like other dogs barking at her but when this happens is learning to 'leave it' and move on with your encouragement. Can be bored and mischievous if home alone all day. Loves a cuddle at night in the recliner watching tellie. Loves her food but not her monthly Simparica.
Ardy lives in a beautiful part of the country - We wake to bird song - no traffic or human noise! see green out of every window. Less than 1500m to five coffee shops and historical small town that retains all its rural character. Very friendly community. Gym and Reformer Pilates a bonus, 2 medical centres/Path labs, Old style pub. Bowls club.
We are grandparents in their 70s. Papa will be in respite care while Nana goes overseas to visit family. Nana very active but sadly Papa no longer able to be the country man he loved being.
