About this house sitting position in Deep Bay

Three bedroom, two bathroom, spacious, light filled and warm house on one acre, on the water near Cygnet (Huon Valley). Big verandah to enjoy the views. Lots of solar and battery that help keep electricity cost down. Lovely wood fire - and heaps of wood prepared for winter! Veggie garden and mature trees. Privacy from the road with gates.
Two large friendly German Shepherd dogs who need daily exercise. They live in the house and are people-focussed. We can also provide a Ute to transport the dogs without soiling your own car! They love the nearby sandy beaches and chasing a stick into the water. They love people but can be unpredictable with other dogs, so carers need to be confident and vigilant in handling the dogs.
We have kayaks for use and direct access to the water at the front of the house. The dogs also enjoy swimming with the kayaks (for a short distance!).
We are leaving for Europe May 1st and return June 2nd, so would like to meet you a day or so earlier at the end of April.
Looking for non smokers who will have plenty of time to be with the dogs (retired, or work from home) and who can enjoy the water and local delights. Our daughter who lives nearby could help out for a night or two on occasion, if needed.
