About this house sitting position in Deepwater

2 bedroom cedar cottage on a nice little half acre in the village of Deepwater nsw , we are in the New England area . We have air con , a very cosy wood fire ,wifi , dishwasher etc and 3 poodles, 4 cocker spaniels and border collie , who have access to the inside or outside at their leisure as we have a dog door. Our block is accessible and big enough to accommodate anyone with their own caravan who just wants to hook up to our power and water , but we are happy for you to use our house also. Our house is comfy and clean. The village of Deepwater has a great brewery (google it). They do amazing pizzas as well as they make their own beer. We also have a fantastic bakery , people that travel the New England hwy, will know this bakery. We also have a pristine river if your into fishing or canoeing , a supermarket and 2 hotels, a petrol station. Also a golf course. Quite a lot for a small village. We are located 50 k’s from Tenterfield and 40k’s from Glen Innes. If your into national parks , we have some stunning ones close by. Our passion is our garden and our dogs , our gardens have watering systems so it’s easy if they need a water. It does get quiet cold here during winter , but our house is extremely warm and we will make sure there is plenty of wood. We also try to use our air con for heating during the day as we have solar panels on our house. So if you love nice cool weather and sitting by a fire , reach out and we can chat. Even though we have 8 dogs they are quiet easy and relaxed once they have met someone. I do have family in Glen Innes who are happy to mind some if 8 is overwhelming.
