The house is a large home of 4 bedrooms, modern, with 3 bathrooms set on 2 hectares, half is paddock with tiny forests being established. The house has extensive gardens and lawns. I have a standard poodle, a pet Sulfur crested cockatoo, 7 hens and 1 rooster. I feed the local parrots and birds every day. There is a tennis court and a large pool which requires maintenance, flower gardens and vegetable gardens. My dog is not allowed on the upper level which is carpeted or on rugs. The lower level is wooden floors . the house has 2 solar batteries for low energy costs. Help is on hand as a handyman works every week on the grounds mowing and completing larger jobs.
