Denman Prospect, Australian Capital Territory

About this house sitting position in Denman Prospect

Beautiful luxury 2 story home with 270 degree views of Molonglo Valley. 4 bedrooms plus a rumpus room with an art space, double lock up garage and expansive garden. Enclosed backyard with spa, and with gate to a large nature space and parkland.

We have two healthy happy and beautiful loving miniature schnauzers, Millie Moo (6) and Eibie Doo (5) who will need to have a 30 minute walk AM and PM. Options to have the pups go to Doggy Daycare in the event of not being able to be home and we will provide Doggy Car seats and access to a car if needed.

The pups cannot be left alone overnight, and care needs to be taken with food and personal items (we will talk you through the details and provide clear written instructions). We have full pet insurance in the event of an accident and will have credit cards on file for any costs in the rare event of this happening.

We have 2 E-Bikes we are happy for you to use, as there is a world class Mountainbike (and walking) park less than 500m up the road.

My wife Bianca and I look forward to talking with you in greater detail and will share photos.

References and Police checks required.
Australian permanent residents/citizens will be prioritised. In our experience happy couples have been a great fit here, and people with WFH days.

Plenty of space for your items and you are welcome to use all of our house, anything precious and fragile will be locked away.

We are happy to deactivate all security Cameras and/or give you full control whilst we are away. Read more...
