Large luxury 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 2 story home with incredible beach views. Huge entertaining areas. 100m from beach entrance. 200m to restaurants, coffee shop, bottle shop, etc. 1 strong willed Border Collie (he isn't a fluffy Maltese Terrier! He can pull on the lead sometimes as he's keen to get to the beach. Knows umpteen commands. If you're old and frail and haven't had a Border Collie running around chasing balls and frisbees before....this aint for you!). He can do 2 walks a day. I need someone that will spend time with him. If you're off mountain biking, canoeing, abseiling, visiting friends for half a day or many hours at a time, etc., this may not be for you too. We're over 60, so a similar couple or single person would suit. He's fine for a few hours at a time.
