I have a 3bedroom home - one bedroom used as a study & cat preferred place of residence!
Split level with 4 steps to each level. Dining room, 1 bathroom 2 toilets. Kitchen, laundry, dining room and large living area.
Outdoor decking with table & chairs. Back & front gardens.
It’s a very comfortable house with ducted heating, wood heater and air conditioning in living area & overhead fans in bedrooms.
WiFi, desk for work at homers, TV with Foxtel & Netflix. DVD player.
I have a schnoodle called Toby - 8 years old & pretty active. He needs a walk every morning for an hour or so to get rid of a few beans for the day!! He is fed morning and night and has a dog door to use when he wants to go out.
I also have a sweet Ragdoll cat called Bob. He uses the dog door too but also has a litter tray in the bathroom. (The dog door is closed overnight.) A very gentle boy who loves a cuddle. He has a food timer I set to go off at 6 am so he doesn’t miaow & wake you up for breakfast! He also has some food before bed & fish soup in the middle of the day.
They are pretty easy to look after but Toby does sleep on the bed! He’s a good sleep buddy though & just gets comfortable and sleeps all night.
I would really like someone who’s going to be there a lot of the time. Bob is fine but Toby likes company. I can leave him for up to 6 hrs or so but try not to leave him alone any longer than that and not every day.
My home is a short walk to the train station - a 1 train hour train trip to Flinders St in the CBD. Also a short walk (5-10minutes) to shops - including supermarket, bakery, chemist, pub, local Dr , various take away foods Cafes etc. There are many beautiful walking tracks by the creek, and it’s not far to the Yarra Valley & wineries.
