About this house sitting position in Diamond Valley

We have a 3 bedroom house on a rural property in Diamond Valley. The valley is beautiful and our home is on a quiet property with only 3 neighbours who are all on the other side of the dam which is behind our house.
It is a relatively large property with a large dam that you can swim in. We do get a huge range of wildlife and the bird life is amazing.
I am a wildlife carer so there are a few little birds that might come for supplementary feeding while we are away.
We are a South African couple that moved to Australia after a number of years in New Zealand. We travelled over to both countries with our 3 furbabies (cats). After arriving in Australia our eldest baby got frightened by a family member while on their property. She disappeared into the bush and after an extensive 6 month search, was never found. This has left me with some PTSD and high anxiety about leaving our other 2 babies.
A friend looked after them on our last trip to visit family in South Africa but she severely let us down and didnt let us know that one of them got sick while we were away. This lead to much stress and some very large vet bills.
As our furbabies are slightly senior (13) one of them may need some medicating while we are away.
The fur and feather babies and their care are our top priority.
We are a quiet couple with no kids and prefer not to have large gatherings at our house as our one fur baby is very timid after losing her older sister.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful single or couple to take care of our animals and home while we have mom here from South Africa.
She will be here for approximately a month and we have a trip planned up north for approximately 15 days, with the possibility of a few additional days shortly thereafter.
We are extremely house proud and keep our property (rental) tidy and well maintained. Our landlord lives on the property behind our house.
We would prefer to only have the house sitter on our property while we are away, we do not want any gatherings or additional people in our home due to our timid kitty and the fear of losing another one.
